Ngowari is a Chemical Engineer and Project Management Professional with over 15 years’ experience including oil and gas, process engineering, quality and compliance. She holds a Chemical Engineering Bachelors from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, a Masters in Oil & Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland and more recently, an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston, Texas.
